PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. THESE TERMS MAY BE UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME. BY USING WRAPZONE.IN (THE "SITE"), YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS SITE.

wrapzone.in ("Site," "we," "us," "our") is owned and operated by Shakil Ahmad, proprietor, trading as Wrapzone (GSTIN: 33JONPS6353J1Z6), with its principal place of business at 1st Floor, 235/3-2, Kutchery Road, Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600004, and an additional place of business at 1st Floor, Kasi Arcade, 116 Theagaraya Road, T. Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600017.

"Customer" or "you" means the person or company placing an order via the Site. "Products" means the gift packaging, rigid boxes, and related items offered for sale by Wrapzone via the Site.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Users who violate these Terms may have their access cancelled or permanently banned from the Site. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.

1. Cookies

Cookies are small data files that may be written to your device when you access the Site. We use cookies to enhance your shopping experience — for example, to keep track of your shopping cart and to recognise you on return visits. 2. Account & Registration

Wrapzone.in allows customers to register an account to place orders, track order history, and check out faster.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at Wrapzone2025@gmail.com.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to promptly update it if it changes. If we have reasonable grounds to believe your information is untrue or inaccurate, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse access to the Site, without prior notice.
  • If we believe there has been a breach of security or misuse of your account, we may require you to change your password or may suspend your account without liability to Wrapzone.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian) and that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

4. Products, Pricing & Descriptions

  • We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, and dimensions on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that this content is complete, error-free, or that colours will appear identical on your screen — this is especially true for handcrafted, printed, or dyed materials.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  • Before placing an order, please check the product description carefully. Placing an order means you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale specific to that product.

5. Customized & Personalized Orders

Many Wrapzone products — including logo-branded packaging, personalized gift sets, and made-to-order rigid boxes — are produced specifically for you.

  • Customized orders are confirmed only after you approve a final design proof, where applicable.
  • Please check all text, logos, spelling, and colours carefully before approving — we are not responsible for errors present in artwork you have approved.
  • Once production has begun on a customized order, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and is not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
  • Turnaround times for customized and bulk/corporate orders will be confirmed at the time of order, and may vary with order volume and season.

6. Product Availability & Order Cancellation

  • We make reasonable efforts to fulfil every order. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you within 48 hours and let you know an expected restock date, or that the item is unavailable.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order — including for reasons such as limited stock, pricing or listing errors, or concerns flagged by our fraud-avoidance checks. We will contact you if all or part of your order is cancelled, or if we need further information to process it.
  • If payment has already been charged for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Payments & Card Details

  • You confirm that any card or payment method used on the Site is lawfully your own, and that the details you provide are accurate.
  • We do not store your full card details; payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partners. We are not liable for any fraudulent use of a card by a third party — the liability for such fraudulent use, and the burden of proving otherwise, rests with the cardholder.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a payment authorization being declined by your bank or card issuer for any reason, including preset transaction limits.
  • We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from any person found to be using the Site fraudulently, and to pursue legal action for such misuse.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Same-day delivery within select Chennai pincodes is offered subject to order cut-off times and courier availability, and is not guaranteed during high-demand periods (festive and wedding seasons, etc.).
  • You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. If a delivery fails or is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, any additional cost of redelivery will be charged to you.
  • You accept that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances attributable to our logistics partners, and that Wrapzone will not be held responsible for such delays.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

9. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

Please refer to our full [Refund & Return Policy] page for complete details. In summary:

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for products that arrive defective.
  • To be eligible for a return, please record your unboxing process as proof of the product's condition on arrival — this recording will be required to process defect or damage claims.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage.
  • Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.
  • By placing an order, you agree to be bound by our Refund & Return Policy in addition to these Terms.

10. Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate gifting, wedding planners, and bulk/B2B orders:

  • Orders are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice, or written order confirmation shared with the client, which shall take precedence over these Terms on commercial matters (pricing, payment schedule, delivery timelines) in case of conflict.
  • Advance payment terms, minimum order quantities, and production timelines will be communicated at the time of quotation.
  • Cancellation of a confirmed bulk order after production has commenced may attract charges reflecting costs already incurred.

11. Communication Consent

By placing an order or registering on the Site, you consent to Wrapzone contacting you via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding design/artwork clarifications, order status, delivery coordination, and other order-related queries. You will also receive order status updates at key stages of fulfilment.

12. Voucher & Discount Codes

We reserve the right to limit the use of voucher or discount codes (e.g. same-day delivery codes), including restricting use to one redemption per customer, at our discretion. Terms specific to any promotion or contest will be posted separately on the Site; in case of conflict between such promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail for that specific promotion.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Disseminate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, or obscene material;
  • Transmit material that encourages a criminal offence or breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • Gain unauthorized access to our systems or other computer systems;
  • Interfere with any other person's use of the Site, or disrupt networks connected to it;
  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute copyrighted material from the Site without the owner's permission.

You acknowledge that in using the Site, you may encounter content or products (including customer-submitted design content) that some may find objectionable, and that you use the Site at your own risk in this respect.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, illustrations, product designs, packaging designs, graphics, and text — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by Wrapzone or its licensors. The Wrapzone name, logo, and design are all rights reserved. You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, or create derivative works from any material on the Site without our prior written permission.

Where you upload a logo, artwork, or design for a customized order, you confirm that you own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil your order.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wrapzone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
